Prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions may apply for international customers.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Policy
By purchasing a subscription product from Vantura, you expressly agree to the following terms:
1. Recurring Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected delivery frequency (e.g. every 30 days). Your nominated payment method will be automatically charged at each renewal unless cancelled prior.
2. Subscription Discount
Subscription purchases may include a discounted price. By selecting a subscription, you acknowledge that this discount is provided in exchange for agreeing to recurring billing.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including cancellation, prior to the next billing date.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account, or
- Contacting our support team at info@csecom.com
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
5. No Refunds on Processed Subscription Orders
Once a subscription order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.
6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that subscription billing is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription renewal without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of these Terms.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Continued failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.
8. Agreement at Checkout
By completing your purchase and/or selecting a subscription option, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the terms governing recurring billing.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors.
Vantura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@csecom.com with supporting evidence.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, and graphics, is the property of Vantura and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
