We want you to love your Vantura purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for hygiene products)
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Opened teeth whitening strips
  • Opened mouth tape
  • Opened mouthwash tablets or oral care consumables

How to request a refund

To start a return or refund request, please contact our support team at info@csecom.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your return or refund request
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

We aim to respond to all requests within 1–2 business days.

Refund process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@csecom.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping where applicable.

Return shipping

Where a physical return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items where stock is available. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
