What is a Vantura subscription?
Some Vantura products are available on a monthly subscription. When you select the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, you are agreeing to a recurring monthly order. Your selected products ship automatically and your payment method is charged automatically every month until you cancel.
This is different from a one-time purchase. Please read this page carefully before selecting the subscribe option.

- Cancel or pause any time — no contracts, no penalty
One-time purchase options
If you prefer a single charge with no recurring billing, we also offer multi-pack savings:
- 1 pack — full standard price
- 2 packs — 10% off
- 3 packs — 15% off
How billing works
- Your first charge occurs at checkout when you place your order.
- Your subscription then renews automatically every 30 days.
- Your nominated payment method is charged at the start of each new delivery cycle.
- You will receive an order confirmation email before each renewal so you know a charge is coming.
How to cancel or make changes
You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time — no penalty, no questions asked. To make changes before your next billing date:
- Log into your account at vantura.store/account and go to the Subscriptions section, or
- Email info@vantura.store with your order number and “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line
Important: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel or make changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Once a renewal has been processed and your order fulfilled, it is covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge. Continued failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled. Please keep your payment details up to date in your account.
Billing concerns
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at info@vantura.store before initiating a dispute with your bank. We can review your account, cancel your subscription and, where appropriate, process a refund directly. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Subscription billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase and summarised in your order confirmation email. Chargebacks for valid subscription renewals that were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase may affect your ability to order from Vantura in future.
